Why Families & Au Pairs Trust Us
At Helan Au Pair Agency, we believe that an au pair journey is more than a cultural exchange, it is the beginning of lifelong relationships, new opportunities, and unforgettable memories.
Our story began with my own journey. I came to Germany as an au pair, full of dreams and excitement. My experience was truly harmonious and life-changing. During that time, I immersed myself in German culture, built meaningful connections, and eventually met my German fiancé.
Because we have experienced the au pair journey firsthand, we understand both sides of the process, the hopes of young people who dream of coming to Germany and the expectations of host families looking for a caring, trustworthy au pair.
This inspired us to create Helan Au Pair Agency.
Our mission is to connect loving families with carefully selected au pairs while making the entire process simple, transparent, and stress-free.
Every au pair who applies through our agency is personally screened by us. We carefully review each candidate's background, motivation, childcare experience, and suitability before introducing them to host families. We believe that successful placements begin with trust and careful matching.
We also provide comprehensive support throughout the entire process. From preparing host family documents to assisting au pairs with visa applications and required paperwork, we guide both parties every step of the way. Our goal is to make the process smooth, so families can focus on welcoming their new family member instead of worrying about paperwork.
We hope to show aspiring au pairs how beautiful life in Germany can be when they are matched with the right family, and we help German families find compassionate, reliable young people who become a valued part of their home.
At Helan Au Pair Agency, we don't simply arrange placements, we build trusted relationships, create cultural bridges, and help dreams become reality.
